Power supplies are intrinsically safe voltage sources that deliver various voltages to potentially explosive atmospheres. The intrinsically safe output circuit of the power supply is galvanically isolated from the non-intrinsically safe input circuit that supplies power to the device. Typical applications include powering measuring transducers, solenoid valves, and sound and light alarms installed in hazardous areas. The devices are fully galvanically isolated and ATEX certified.
